Ingrid Saddler-Walker
Founder
She is the owner of Wytha Balance Yoga – Counseling LLC., in Durham, NC. She is a Psychotherapeutics Yoga Instructor trained with Lipsyschool Lifeologic and an E-RYT/500 Advanced Yoga Teacher in Mental Health trained with Mind Body Centering Yoga. She is trained Yoga for Breast Cancer Survivors. Ingrid is certified as a Reiki Master Level Practitioner and a Yoga Life Coach. Ingrid is Kundalini trained E-RYT/200 hours Yoga Instructor with a 95 hour RCYT specialty certification in children’s yoga.
Nicole Taylor

Inspired by her Afro Caribbean roots Nicole is committed to the arts, community and wellness. She is the owner of Divinely Made, LLC . She holds a Master’s degree in professional Counseling, Certified Kemetic Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. With a holistic approach, she is committed to educating others on ancient practices to harmonize the mind, body and soul. She takes pride in providing others an experience that will empower and inspire others along their personal journey.
Yoland Keith
Volunteer Coordinator
Yolanda is deeply committed to serving those who serve, combining her passion for public service and mental health advocacy with the transformative power of yoga. As a 200 RYT certified instructor since 2020, she guides students to honor their bodies as wise teachers, utilizing yoga’s philosophies and techniques for release and rest.
Shakira Bonique (she/her)

Born in the snow-capped mountains of Colorado and rooted in the South, she calls North Carolina home, a place where she weaves ancestral teachings with the rhythms of nature. With a decade of experience as a certified yoga teacher and more than 18,000 hours of hands-on experience as a licensed massage and bodywork therapist, she brings a deep understanding of the body’s wisdom to her work.
She guides introverts, deep thinkers, and mindful entrepreneurs through loss, grief, and life’s transitions with a movement-based approach to emotional intelligence and connection. Grounded in an intuitive flow, she honors sacred simplicity, helping others shed what is heavy, listen deeply to their bodies, and move with intention. Majani Perryman
Vendor/Food Truck Coordinator
Majani Perryman is a 200-hour CYT specializing in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with a background in health science. She is passionate about sharing yoga’s benefits, particularly its impact on anxiety, stress, and other emotional well-being concerns. Having experienced firsthand the clarity and comfort yoga provides, she is dedicated to making it accessible to others in her community. Through her social media platform, WellwithMajani, she shares wellness tips, documents her personal journey, and encourages others to explore mindfulness practices. Her volunteer work continues to support her mission of bringing yoga and mindfulness techniques to the broader community.
Marla Hawkins
Teacher Coordinator
RYT 200, has been practicing yoga for 13 years and teaching for five with continued training including in trauma informed yoga. As an arts educator and mental health counselor in training, she connects Hatha style yoga with mindfulness practices and therapeutic expressive arts through her business, Cultivate Creative Cafe. She has led these integrated workshops with organizations including the North Carolina Museum of Art, The NC Association of Arts Educators, with high school students and staff, and with other community groups.
Chrystal Campbell
Yoga Studio Coordinator
Chrystal’s Dream has always been to do work that made a difference in the world, That started to manifest in 2017 when she became a Yoni steam facilitator, and launched V Spot Feminine Wellness. She started to host events that brought women together to heal and experience the power of community. She was always intrigued by yoga and in 2021 she embarked on her Yoga Journey, she is a registered 200hr Yoga teacher, has her certification as a Reiki Master, & certified Yoni Steam Facilitator. She spent over 20 years in corporate America in customer service roles, and 10 plus years behind the chair as a hairstylist.
Her Passion is educating women on the power of self love!! She is a breast cancer survivor and knows the power of laughter in difficult times. You can find Chrystal in the studio welcoming clients and excited to have her tribe. Outside the studio, she enjoys spending time with her 3 children, making candles, kombucha, yoni steaming, blending herbs and binge watching true crime documentaries.
Chrystal’s core values are loyalty, integrity, resilience, self love and gratitude.

Raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, I’m deeply connected to this community and passionate about helping others thrive. As a certified yoga teacher, I create mindful, supportive spaces to foster balance, strength, and clarity through breathwork, mindfulness, and intentional movement.
I’m also a real estate advisor and instructor, combining my love for teaching and community with guiding people to find their ideal homes. Whether leading a yoga class or navigating a real estate journey, my goal is to empower and uplift.
